Job Description & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with global product and functional leaders to define Vietnam’s role in service delivery, ensuring clarity in ownership, scope, and contribution.
- Participate in global governance forums to represent Vietnam’s capabilities and ensure compliance with architecture, security, and delivery standards
- Support global delivery by ensuring Vietnam teams operate with standardized processes, tools, and metrics across development, QA, and operations.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in Software Product Development or related fields; demonstrating strong leadership abilities is required and solid experience in a Division/Department Head or Director role.
- Knowledge of software development industry trends and emerging technologies
