Job Description & Responsibilities

• Developing and executing pre-opening staffing strategies to attract and retain exceptional talents. • TA: Drive recruitment campaigns to source, select, and onboard top-tier professionals. • Establishing HR policies and procedures aligned with luxury hospitality standards. • T&D: Create and implement comprehensive training programs to prepare the team for operational excellence. • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive culture that embodies luxury hospitality values. • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws and company standards. • Collaboration: Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership experience in luxury hotels, including strong pre-opening experience in similar environments. • Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and HR strategy development. • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations.
