Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably as a Financial Director or similar.
- At least 10 years of experience as CFO/Finance Director in a manufacturing or FMCG company
- Strong knowledge of IFRS standards, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in SAP or similar financial systems.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
