Job Description & Responsibilities
- Research and develop for New Products and improve current Products. Target: Customer satisfaction, effective production and optimum nutrition for health according to recommend, as well as follow Vietnamese legislation.
- Establish and training standard system for production run: raw material, packaging material, finished product, processing parameters, processing procedures.
- Study and develop sources of raw material. Target: Quality stability and cost saving.
- Follow feedback from customers and factory to have suitable actions to improve product formula and processing parameters, procedures.
- Follow market trend to introduce new products, new technology or new material need to be developed
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in FOOD SCIENCES, FOOD PROCESS ENGINEERING, with significant experience at least 10 years success in FOOD/BAKERY R&D, to include 5 years in Bakery and Food Industry.
• Ensure complete documentation on raw materials, formulations, process parameters, material requests, QC tests, labeling, on new or revised products.
• Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Facilitates all stages of the product development life cycle
